I have been making celebration cakes and wedding cakes for over 20 years. I specialize in wedding cakes with hand-made sugar flowers and leaves. Photographs of my wedding cakes have featured in Wedding Cakes - A Design Source. One of my wedding cakes has travelled as far as Hong Kong; carried by a member of the wedding party. I will make just the sugar flowers which you can mount on your own celebration cake or wedding cake. My sugar flowers have been carried as far as Ireland.

Each celebration cake or wedding cake is made to my client's personal requirements. My rich fruit cake is a family recipe handed down by my mother.
